October 22-24, 2026

Milk and Honey Ranch, Burton, TX

"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy" Exodus 20:8

A dedicated space for women leaders to slow their pace and listen again. You are not required to perform, produce, or prove anything here. Come as you are and receive the restoration God has already prepared.

Here rest is the assignment!

For Women Leading, in Businesses, Ministries, Communities and Families

This is not for women looking for hustle, performance or networking only

When was the last time you rested without guilt?

Have you outgrown old versions of yourself but haven't had space to grieve them?

Have you normalized being tired because "this is just leadership"?

Do people see your anointing but miss your humanity?

Are you productive but never truly present?

What would happen if you gave yourself permission to rest?

If this stirred something in you it is because God is inviting you to return to rest!

How God Met Women at The Rest Retreat

Tiffany Gibson

Minister, Teacher, Instructional Coach

"I attended The Rest Retreat during a season of deep transition and uncertainty in my life and ministry. I was anxious about the unknown, but knew the presence of God would meet me there.
Through the retreat, God met me with compassion and surrounded me with a community of women who understood the journey. I left feeling encouraged, emotionally steady, and more surrendered to God's will. The Rest Retreat is powerful and truly needed."

Testimonies

Irma Living

Founder, RaRa Foundation Private School

"I spend my days serving children and families, helping them navigate learning with their unique abilities and challenges, while developing curriculum and running a Pre-K-12 private school and after school program. Because my work requires so much care and attention for others, The Rest Retreat was truly a gift of rest for me.
What I appreciated most was the freedom to participate at my own pace. There was no pressure to attend every session, which allowed me to sleep, slow down, and engage with the community in moments I needed it most. I left feeling refreshed and supported, and I am already looking forward to the next retreat."

Adija Houston

Owner, Paint EZ of South Houston

"I attended The Rest Retreat during a difficult season in my life. I was transitioning out of a corporate position and at the same time navigating personal challenges. I felt uncertain about my future and emotionally drained from everything happening around me.
Choosing to attend the retreat and make space for rest was one of the best decisions I could have made. It allowed me to truly exhale and step away from the pressure and noise I had been carrying. During that time, I was able to spend meaningful time with God, reflect, and receive the clarity and encouragement my heart needed.
The experience reminded me that rest is not a luxury, it is necessary."
